Why we’re fans: While some company blogs just regurgitate press releases, the Gluten-Free Cerealizer actually covers hot topics and hard-hitting news affecting the celiac and gluten-free community. You can also find videos, polls and Q&As with notable figures and videos. Plus, the cereal is pretty darn good, too.

The Gluten-Free Cerealizer

Hajo’s Story: Inspired by a gluten-intolerant friend of mine who was frustrated with the limited breakfast choices available to him, I launched Custom Choice Cereal. It is my goal to make living gluten-free a fun, tasty and enjoyable experience! The blog serves to inform the gluten-free community about new products, new research and what’s happening at company. We also strive to raise awareness for celiac disease and educate about it. Every first Wednesday of the month, celiac disease expert Dr. Stephen Wangen is featured in a Q&A on our blog, where he answers your questions.

According to Hajo: The toughest part of creating a gluten-free cereal was realizing that gluten hides in the most unexpected places. At the same time, I am very glad to be a part of a welcoming and incredibly supportive gluten-free
community.
