Why we’re fans: Tia is one of those bloggers who’s really active in, well, blogging. In particular, she’s always game for online campaigns that promote awareness and celebrate the gluten-free lifestyle. This month alone, she’s participating in two: NFCA’s A Blogger a Day, the Gluten-Free Way and The Whole Gang’s 30 Days to Easy Gluten-Free Living. Fortunately, with recipes like Berry “Milk” Shakes and tips like How to Peel a Pomegranate, Tia never seems to disappoint.
Tia’s Story: I had weird symptoms my whole life. Then, I saw a doctor on a PBS show who had a patient with a lot of the same symptoms. She went gluten-free and felt better. I tried it and felt much better. I didn’t know about celiac disease or getting tested until months later. At that point, it was too late to do a challenge.
According to Tia: The most unexpected part of going gluten-free was how supportive everyone in my life has been. So many people talk about how hard it is because they are not supported. My husband, family, in-laws, friends, etc. have always gone out of their way to help me, even though none of them are gluten-free completely.
A taste of Glugle Gluten-Free:
- Super Easy, Delicious, Raw Cookie Recipes
- Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free Thin Mint Cookies
- Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free – Hearty, Healthy Slow Cooker Soup

I’m a big fan of Tia’s! If you subscribe to Tia’s blog, you won’t be sorry. It’s full of humor, wonderfully simple recipes, and great info. I can’t read a post of hers without smiling or laughing out loud several times, and I get a great recipe or info to boot–love that!
