A Blogger a Day, the Gluten-Free Way

You know how it’s hard to imagine life without cell phones or GPS? Well, that’s the way I feel about bloggers. Over the past few years, the celiac and gluten-free blogging community has become so essential it’s a wonder what we did without them.
With the help of their daily posts, news travels faster, events are bigger and gluten-free recipes rival even the best “traditional” food. It sure beats stapling flyers to utility poles and leafing through that same cookbook you’ve had for 10 years.
While I chat with many of NFCA’s Celiac and Gluten-Free Bloggers on a regular basis, I’ve only met a few face-to-face. Some I only knew by first name. So, as part of Celiac Awareness Month, NFCA is hosting “A Blogger A Day, the Gluten-Free Way” on our staff blog. It’s our chance to highlight the bloggers who do so much for the community, and an opportunity for everyone to learn a little more about the people behind the posts.
We’ll feature a new blogger (sometimes two!) every day in May. Check the posts daily – you may find a new favorite to follow!
